Probably the best coffee I’ve ever had, wait time was great I think Sheree does an awesome job given the massive amount of customers she has, I get a coffee every Wednesday and it’s what I look forward to on hump day you won’t find better service or quality anywhere else

Hands down is truely the best!! The staff are so welcoming and always up for a chat. They know their customers by name and always have a smile on their faces. Sheree is a magician when it comes to creating the most incredible drinks both on her regular menu and for her monthly specials! They also sell banging cookies Could not recommend hands down more, if you haven’t been you are missing out.

You can always rely on Hands Down Espresso for easily the best coffee in Townsville and fantastic service. The coffee trailer is just in the park and there are plenty of parking spaces right out front - location is perfect. You’d be rude not to get a Lucky Chunk cookie to go with your coffee too!

anyone that knows me, knows I love hands down. Sheree is not only an incredible creative, her approach to business and community is, I believe, the heart of what makes this business unforgettable. I could go on for hours about the love and dedication that goes into every aspect of your coffee or your cookie or your experience in general, but I think the best way to understand is to experience it first hand <3 you won't regret it
